Number two (2) fine of £51,000 slammed on Williams for failing to secure a wheel!
Williams have been fined £51,000 after a wheel came off Pastor Maldonado's car during Friday's second free practice at the Indian Grand Prix.
Maldonado was forced to pull off after his right-front shed a wheel nut, leading to a puncture.

It comes after the team were involved in a similar incident at Japanese Grand Prix a fortnight ago.
BBC website reports that Williams were then fined £60,000 and made improvements to the wheel retaining system.
A FIA statement read: "The stewards decide that a fine of 60,000 Euros is the most appropriate penalty in this case taking into account that this was the second offence, but on this occasion the wheel was retained."
